Learn About Power Wheelchair Advances

Today's power wheelchair industry has roots to the first known wheelchair developed in China in the 6th century. Two engineers, Harry Jennings and Herbert Everest, built the first collapsible wheelchair in 1933 after Everest was injured in a mining accident.
